There has been prevalent misunderstanding of a 2005 study that located that 1 in seven youths experienced received an undesired on line sexual solicitation but the authors of that review - the Crimes Against Children Research Center - posted a point sheet that clarifies that these solicitations are usually not from predators and most of the recipients of the solicitations did not perspective them as really serious.
