The closest this arrived to being accurate (i.e. not even remotely) was the truth that she had a greater backside than most in the same way stacked female characters. She's referred to by a number of characters as fat and/or unsightly (which include Deadpool, who at a person issue experienced a crush on Bea Arthur, but finds Dr. Whitby revolting).
