The demonstrate is a visceral blend of varied influences and tones - from movie noir to Sergio Leone Westerns to Bruce Lee to Star Trek and Wars - but in some way hardly ever feels like a mishmash, and is held collectively by magnificent animation, effectively-drawn figures (in numerous senses), and a masterful jazz score by Yoko Kanno.
