20-4 States (and the District of Columbia, Alaska and Hawaii) have obscenity legislation, under which, since of the Federal precedent, contraceptive expertise could be suppressed as obscene, even though it is not exclusively pointed out. The revision integrated the ad of described obscenities as a punishable offence. These are: Colorado, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Wyoming.
