Water flowing up from the floor, daylight on leaves producing sugar, leaves dropping to make tender forest soil that retains h2o and feeds the tree. We see a chain of men and women stretching back hundreds of years who perfected "table." When we search at a tree we see a frequent flow of related procedures: leaves having in carbon dioxide, putting out oxygen.
