I tried using a couple of times to vote to kick the healer but held finding a message about and more than indicating anything like, ''You can't kick any individual soon soon after combat.'' At the past boss, I managed to kick her, but we failed to get a healer in the subsequent two or three minutes and killed the previous manager with no heals.
