The authorities has made an emergency buy to Twitter to just take down tweets from significant-profile users that criticised its dealing with of the pandemic. Twitter has complied and withheld these tweets for buyers in India. During the curfew in Jammu and Kashmir soon after revocation of its autonomous position on five August 2019, the Indian government approached Twitter to block accounts which have been spreading anti-India articles.
