In 2020, Joaquin Oliver, target of the Parkland shooting was resurrected with deepfake technological know-how. As the technological know-how enhances, the interference is diminishing. Deepfake technology has been designed by scientists at tutorial institutions beginning in the nineties, and later on by amateurs in on-line communities.
