Sec. 43.22. OBSCENE Display OR DISTRIBUTION. A person commits an offense if he intentionally or knowingly shows or distributes an obscene photograph, drawing, or equivalent visual representation or other obscene substance and is reckless about whether or not a individual is present who will be offended or alarmed by the show or distribution.
