I sai, definitely, you Americans have these types of a jolly queer language. To the uninitiated it seems absurd to listen to gentlemen and women addressing servants and retailers in the identical idiotic language with which fond dad and mom normally cuddle their offspring but even more laughable is it to hear gentlemen swear in "pigeon English," at an unkind or unruly servant.
