A federal prohibition on disclosure of the contents of an illegally intercepted electronic conversation violates the First Amendment as used to a converse show host and a neighborhood activist who experienced played no portion in the unlawful interception, and who experienced lawfully acquired tapes of the illegally intercepted cellular phone discussion.
