Armer joined the Santa Rosa Police Department in 1999 as a discipline proof technician and became a police officer in 2008. Most recently, she labored as a detective for the department’s sexual assault and domestic violence unit. The law enforcement need to have only exhibit that their concentrate on took a "substantial step" towards meeting the undercover officer.
