The Personal Data Protection Commission ("PDPC") done a assessment of the Singapore PDPA and, on 14 May 2020, the PDPC released a joint statement with the Ministry of Communications and Information asserting the launch of an on-line general public session on a monthly bill to amend the Singapore PDPA and the Spam Control Act 2007 ("SCA").
