No upgrade was mentioned up to the point I was asked to sign the check-in form, so I inquired if an upgrade were available. The agent asked for my free-night certificate - which was understandable, since these were physical certificates until earlier this year. In no way should you let your existing shower head exceed the span of a full year without replacing.
