The dilemma with that is that the staff is flawlessly able of handling itself: they are trained in all the resources they need to use and they can, of course, manage their time and jobs. So I generally act as a "task gatekeeper." Requests arrive to me through Jira (a bureaucratic on line tool for running jobs), and I go them on to the pertinent individual or folks.
