A federal prohibition on disclosure of the contents of an illegally intercepted electronic communication violates the First Amendment as used to a communicate display host and a group activist who had played no portion in the illegal interception, and who had lawfully acquired tapes of the illegally intercepted mobile mobile phone discussion.
