The Petitioner has not pointed to any specific acts or testimony of his that would exhibit that he was not qualified in March 2008. Nor has he presented any evidence that the use of the anti-depressant Lexapro, which he was taking at the time of the plea hearings, would impair his capacity to fully grasp the proceedings or render him incompetent.
