The new Czech Penal Code (40/2009 Sb., efficient from 2010 January 1) consists of a related regulaton: § 187. Around 2008 and 2009, the decreasing of the restrictions of criminal duty as properly as sex acts age limitations from 15 to 14 yrs was passed in Parliament in the new Penal Code 40/2009 Sb.
