I've been making an attempt for ages to make it function but it is not going to. So my guess is you enable people get discouraged and then go to your Patreon and make a monthly shell out, just to not have remaining losing their time. It then lost Africa to the Umayyads in 698, right before the empire was rescued by the Isaurian Dynasty.
