The argument, if you can contact it that, is that because Assange does not apply journalism in a regular way, there is no way his bogus prosecution for his function in the Manning leaks could potentially represent a risk to other journalists all-around the earth who may want to publish leaked paperwork exposing US authorities malfeasance. But just simply because the nature of the allegation is elaborate doesn’t imply the argument is.
