On February 10, 2022, a superseding indictment was submitted charging Michael Pratt and Matthew Wolfe with added prices of intercourse trafficking as new victims arrived ahead to be part of the federal case. Analysis proved Pratt and Wolfe had been the correct proprietors and not an offshore entity joined to the Panama Papers in Vanuatu.
