Oddly more than enough, the comic has a B-plot about the major character's grandmother seeking to battle the city's utilizing eminent domain to evict her from her home, albeit with (in her check out, insufficient) compensation - the metropolis technically wins but won't be able to pay out the revised complete. Too lousy Bill was applying this to manipulate his way into a romantic relationship with her.
