Minerva's character is that of a Valley Girl - which her voice actress Julie Brown was known for mocking in her stand-up routines. Interestingly, Yakko's sister Dot came off as only quite vaguely Jewish (she was reportedly encouraged by the Jewish actress Fanny Brice), when minor brother Wakko experienced no identifiably Jewish attributes at all (his voice actor centered the middle Warner's voice on a youthful model of Ringo Starr).
