A lottery participant in Wisconsin hit the $22 million Powerball jackpot on Wednesday night time, a day after the $410 million Mega Thousands and thousands was won in Arizona. The Powerball has not been gained since a lottery participant in California received the $699.8 million jackpot again in October. The jackpot was an estimated $116 million with a money option of $80.6 million, according to the Powerball web site.
