Randazza didn’t notify his employer about some of the charge awards he received - "the considerable ones, in unique," Dunlap reported - and later refused to let Liberty audit the account wherever he deposited litigation payouts. "The huge targets that we retained asking him to go immediately after for months ended up his consumers," Dunlap said.
