Computer-generated imagery was drastically facilitated when it turned probable to transfer film illustrations or photos into a personal computer and manipulate them digitally. He also appeared in the film Wind River with his MCU co-star Elizabeth Olsen. The film gained the Audience Award at the 2006 Sydney Film festival and an ovation at the 2006 Sundance Film Festival, and was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Picture.
