Seeing a "Bad Guy" is sufficient to ship small-fry scurrying, and factors are so bad that the villains have a guidance team. A guy recently hand-wrote the Bible and it took him thirteen years. Adaptational Villainy: Zangief of Street Fighter is portrayed in the film as a negative dude (or, at minimum, a Punch-Clock Villain).
