Supreme Court stated that it can be assumed that a member of the clergy who objects to same-sexual intercourse marriages on ethical and spiritual grounds could not be compelled to accomplish exact-sex marriages without having denial of the clergy member’s suitable to the absolutely free physical exercise of faith confirmed by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.
