In Kaduna, police arrested 12 peer educators when they identified lubricant and condoms that were being being utilized for an HIV schooling session. Police have arrested health staff less than the SSMPA in Kaduna and Abuja and at least just one corporation suspended its HIV-similar function in Kano in the wake of the passage of the regulation.
