First appointed in 1982 as a junior lecturer, prof fisher worked his way up to become chair of psychology in 1996 and served as acting head of psychology from 1992 to 1997 and then finally head of psychology from 2000 to 2004. The system is fast, but each transaction relies upon on quite a few things.
