In July 2018, the Malaysian law enforcement announced the creation of the Malaysian Intercept Crimes Against Children Unit (icacu) that is equipped with serious-time mass world-wide-web surveillance software package formulated in the United States and is tasked with the monitoring of all Malaysian net buyers, with a concentration on pornography and youngster pornography.
