Which in alone is conflict sufficient, as the movie airily asks: Where do design, artistry, follow and perfection fulfill? Devoid of the regular familial jealousy you may well assume (and so devoid, arguably, of substantially conflict at all), Jiro Dreams of Sushi is only a superbly filmed documentary about a few men who have devoted their life to the pursuit of perfection.
