Appellant had two independent on the web contacts with "Hope" on December 14, 2004. During the initial, appellant stated his authentic title was "Arthur" and explained he used "Mark" whilst chatting on-line. On January 14, 2005, appellant contacted "Hope" on the internet and relevant he acquired a bus ticket from Sacramento to Newhall for January 19, 2005, at 6:30 a.m., and he would involve $20 for food stuff with the ticket.
