Human Rights Watch printed a report, in August, that documented financial, social, and cultural legal rights violations in Cambodia resulting from the Lower Sesan two dam’s displacement of nearly 5,000 people today involving 2013 and 2018 and impacts on the livelihoods of tens of 1000's of other individuals upstream and downstream.
