Consultation responses and stakeholder engagement: The consultation responses flagged concerns about the broad scope of harms, calling for increased clarity and highlighting the subjectivity inherent in determining many of the harms, specially those which are authorized. Respondents to the session welcomed the approach to the security of small children. Many respondents objected to the latter currently being in scope.
