The difficulty with that is that the crew is correctly capable of handling itself: they are properly trained in all the tools they need to use and they can, of course, manage their time and jobs. So I generally act as a "task gatekeeper." Requests appear to me via Jira (a bureaucratic on the internet instrument for controlling jobs), and I go them on to the appropriate particular person or folks.
