In the 1970s, Lackowski was stationed in San Diego, the place he settled for the up coming chapter of his lifetime. Lackowski will be buried in the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific in Hawaii with whole armed service honors as soon as group limitations are lifted. He was also a volunteer ranger at Alaska’s Glacier Bay National Park various summers, kayaking from island to island to check on citizens.
