On 6 January 2020, lodge and restaurant growth firm Plan See Do announced that it would refurbish the previous headquarters of Marufuku Nintendo Card Co. as a resort, with options to increase twenty visitor rooms, a cafe, bar, and health club, with a planned opening date of mid 2021. The making belongs to Yamauchi Co., Ltd., an asset management enterprise of Nintendo's founding household.
