HARLINGEN - Two Harlingen girls have been arrested on forgery rates, in accordance to a press release from the Cameron County Precinct seven Constable Cesar Rene Diaz. A Myrtle Beach guy and two California inhabitants have been arrested on prices of operating a $26 million Ponzi plan that victimized hundreds of investors nationwide. Now the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is catching up with them by e mail.
