The writer sent Gaiman an encouraging and informative letter again, alongside with literary information. When he was 19-20 several years outdated, he contacted his favourite science fiction author, R. A. Lafferty, whom he learned when he was 9, and asked for information on starting to be an author alongside with a Lafferty pastiche he had published.
