After getting the attention of a Google associate in the trusted flagger program, the trusted flagger had his channel reviewed a 3rd time, all his strikes were decided to be "false positives", and his channel was reinstated. If he wasn’t able to get the attention of the trusted flagger, his complete channel would have been permanently deleted.
