The evaluation will supply an up-to-day overview of the application of the provisions of the Regulation. The intent of this analysis is to evaluate to which extent Regulation (EC) No 80/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 January 2009 on a Code of Conduct for computerised reservation systems1 (hereinafter Code of Conduct) has accomplished its aims.
