That's genuinely Anthony Mackie in the remaining scene, but the fit was solely CGI. Mackie was carrying his aged costume and wing pack from Captain America: The Winter Soldier when the scene was shot, and the output group replaced them with his new costume and wing pack he'd be utilizing in Captain America: Civil War, as that film was currently being filmed even though Age of Ultron was in write-up-generation.
