The Government responded2 opposing the motion to suppress asserting that there was probable induce for the research of Defendant's home and for the items outlined in the warrant which was more than broad, that Defendant did not build materials and reckless falsehoods or omissions in the affidavit for the warrant, and that, in any event, the superior faith exception to the exclusionary rule applies to this warrant.
