This trains the goat from going through it and it also keeps out other animals and predators from being available in. I live near the beach however not on the beach, and it is so incredible to be able to go to sleep with the noise of the ocean, and after that get up and take a walk or run on the beach. Outside experience travel does not have to imply taking a trip far or overseas.
