If the true explanation guiding the Virtual Option is keeping the very poor out of day to day modern society - even though several of its inhabitants would be outdated individuals, disabled men and women, and the like - why not just present those persons $40,000 a year to live in some awesome neighborhood out in the nation manufactured up only of other non-doing work inadequate?
