While it is correct that a magician is not certain by perception, the question is no matter whether he is really a magician or simply believes that to be the scenario. Though clumsy, I simply cannot say this is not a helpful belief, while its spouse 'everything is permitted' is not a beneficial belief, in that it bows to a permitting authority in the title of flexibility and binds although seeming to enable free of charge rein.
