Since there are some specific needs in the use of Turn, these as RTP/RTCP relationship pairs will have to be sent to the similar Turn server, it is not simple to scale a one Turn server into a Turn cluster. This document merges and updates, and thus obsoletes, RFC 3967, RFC 4897, and RFC 8067.
