By using the in-community caching capability of ICN and edge computing, the proposed system framework of dwell broadcasting optimization of soccer competitions is shown in Figure 1. We can see that there are two kinds of various servers, i.e., contents provider server used to store the soccer competitions associated videos and edge computing server used to compute the complicated duties.
