Mr. Bland was arraigned on the Grant County costs on July 13, 2007. An in camera suppression hearing was held both on the statements manufactured by Mr. Bland and the search of Mr. Bland's Mineral County residence and, immediately after hearing the evidence and arguments introduced, denied Mr. Bland's suppression motions.
